Collagen video by Brad Stanfield
Skin health, muscle health, joint health. New study and my own view.
Our beloved champion of health and anti-aging — the fearless Brad who’s chosen youthful quest is to vanquish YouTube’s monstrous “Double Dragon” of mismarketing and distortion: Sinclair and Huberman, restoring order, justice and peace to the land, has been talking about his use of collagen supplements for skin health/anti-aging purposes for a while.
Brad has always been quite positive on collagen.
Apparently there’s some new study on collagen that wasn’t favourable by some markers that he addresses here in this new video.
This was far more nuanced, much more serious content than the bizarre train wreck he produced last week where he appeared to throw himself at the gate of the Dragon’s Lair. Or was Brad trying to get closer? Win its trust?
I’ve used collagen, but I couldn’t give you a clear subjective account about eating collagen for skin health.
What’s interesting to me are some of the comments on the video that are very positive about collagen’s effects on knee pain.
I found the same thing. Taking collagen seemed to help quite a bit with the knee. When you stop, the issues return. That’s all I can report.
