Hero Brad Stanfield Declares "Total War" on YouTube Fake Science Longevity Scammers.
It's happening.
It’s happening.
Our favourite YouTube Doctor, Brad Stanfield is back to top form in his latest video, declaring “total war” on the twisted health influencers and marketers who have been promoting :
Low Protein Diets
Metformin
Intermittent Fasting
Resveratrol
Antioxidants
Brad has presented a compelling case that none of these do a damn thing and may actually cause harm or at least less than optimal outcomes.
The video, entitled Longevity Influencers Are Killing You pulls no punches:
In particular reserveratrol is described as a “scandal” where,
the initial hype kicked off in the early 2000s based on a series of lab mistakes and misconduct by Dr. David Sinclair that should have been stopped in its tracks in 2005
Good stuff.
I was wrong before, Brad’s original video on resveratrol is still up. You can see it here. Well worth a watch:
Hopefully Brad has been reading this blog and has been steered back to his virtuous quest for justice. And if you’re going to go for clicks, make it count, make it punchy, go all in. Say what you think. This was a clever video.
